1. “First 3 Drinks Free for New Users” Offer

1.1 Offer Terms

1.1.1 The offer gives new users 3 free cups of coffee. It is available only to holders of a registered HEYLIM account and can be redeemed only through the HEYLIM mobile app. The offer is not available via the web “quick buy” (which is used without an account and does not offer promotions).

1.1.2 The actual appearance and method of serving may differ from the images shown.

1.1.3 Full information about the products and their prices can be found in the HEYLIM mobile application. The promotion is run in accordance with applicable UAE regulations.

1.2 Application Method

1.2.1 The offer is applied automatically to eligible orders placed from a registered account.

1.2.2 The offer entitles each eligible account to a total of 3 free cups of coffee.

1.2.3 The entitlement is granted per registered account. Each account is identified by, and limited to, one mobile phone number; creating additional accounts on the same identity does not grant additional free cups. The free cups are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

1.3 Offer Duration

1.3.1 The promotion is valid for 30 days from the date of user registration in the HEYLIM app.

1.4 Organizer Rights

1.4.1 The organizer may change the terms of the promotion or end it at any time for new participants. Any free cups already earned by an eligible user before such a change or termination remain valid and will be honored.
