    The most flexible way in. Restock cups, lids and containers, keep pillars clean and stocked, and relocate units when a site moves. Gig-style hours — take the work that fits your week. No experience needed.

    Hands-on field work. Install pillars, keep the network serviced, swap and charge their on-site batteries, and handle repairs. Independent techs and small service crews both qualify — bring your toolkit, we bring the routes and the payouts.

    Send one note from this page: your phone number, your city, and the role you want — as a person or a company.

  • Start earning

    We review, approve, and switch your account on for Crew in your region. Open the app and the work — and the payouts — start flowing.

Who is HEYLIM Crew for?

Independent couriers and technicians, regional partners, location hosts, and partner companies — people and businesses who keep the HEYLIM pillar network stocked, serviced and growing, city by city. If that's you, you're in the right place.

How do I join?

Create a HEYLIM account with your phone number in the HEYLIM Coffee app, then apply from this page (or email hey@heylim.com) with that number and the role you want. We review, approve, and switch your account on for Crew in your region — that's your access. Applying is open to everyone; Crew is granted once you're approved.

How do I get paid? Are there any fees?

It's free to join — no fees, no in-app purchases. Couriers and technicians earn payouts for the work they pick up; regional partners and companies settle their agreements with us directly. Money flows to the crew, not the other way around.

Can my company bring its own crew?

Yes. Logistics and field-service firms run their own teams on HEYLIM under a regional agreement — apply the same way, and once approved your crew works in the app like any other partner on the network.

Does HEYLIM run the whole network itself?

No. It's run by independent couriers, technicians and separate partner companies across different regions — an open network anyone can apply to, not one company's internal tool. New people and businesses join as we open new cities.

How is this different from the HEYLIM Coffee app?

The Coffee app is for customers — order a coffee from a pillar in thirty seconds. HEYLIM Crew is for the approved operators who run those pillars. Same company, two apps, two audiences.

Where does HEYLIM operate?

We're opening city by city — Dubai first, then Germany, with more to come. Apply from anywhere: if we're not in your city yet, regional partners are exactly how we get there.
