Collect at your chosen pillar. Availability and opening hours are shown in the app or at the pillar. Coffee is brewed on site. No delivery. If something is wrong with your order
Cancel
Cancel free of charge before dispensing starts. If only part of your order is dispensed, you pay only for those cups. The remaining authorization is released to your original payment method. Cancellation

Problems and refunds
If your drink is not dispensed, is incorrect or defective, contact hey@heylim.com with the order number. Report problems within 48 hours of collection. Depending on the issue, we replace the drink or refund the affected amount to the original payment method. A released card authorization may take 3–5 business days to appear; refund timing depends on your bank. If something is wrong with your order
