Promotional Rules

The new-user free-cup grant is one worldwide offer. These rules apply to every eligible registered account. The organizer in each market is identified in the Country-specific provisions at the end. Those provisions state, for each market, when they apply; they supplement these rules and prevail over them for the matters they address.

1. New-User Free Cup Grant (“First 3 Drinks Free”)

1.1 Nature of the Offer

1.1.1 This is a standing commercial grant, not a contest, draw, raffle, lottery, or prize promotion. No element of chance is involved: every eligible new registered account receives the same grant.

1.1.2 The grant is 3 cups of the coffee then loaded at HEYLIM pillars, redeemable only through the HEYLIM mobile app, within 30 days of registration.

1.1.3 The grant is not available via the web “quick buy” (which is used without an account), is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable.

1.1.4 One grant per person: the entitlement is per registered account, and each account is identified by, and limited to, one mobile phone number. Additional accounts on the same identity do not create additional free cups.

1.1.5 The actual appearance of the beverage may differ from imagery shown in the app. Full product and price information is available in the HEYLIM mobile app.

1.2 Application

1.2.1 The grant is applied automatically to eligible orders placed from a registered account.

1.3 Abuse

1.3.1 We may refuse the grant, cancel unused free cups, or close the account where we find abuse — including creating multiple accounts to obtain extra cups, resale, or any other misuse of the grant.

1.4 Changes

1.4.1 We may change the grant or end it for new accounts at any time; any end of the grant is announced in the HEYLIM app. Free cups already earned by an eligible account before such a change remain valid and will be honored.
